Step 1

Before disassembling your power pad and iPhone XR volume, it is necessary to extinguish it.

Insert the extraction tool into the hole of the SIM drawer.

Enter the SIM tray and remove it.

Step 4

Use the pentalobe screwdriver to unscrew the two screws circled in red around the lightning port.

These two screws are used to hold the screen on the chassis.

To make it easier to remove the iPhone XR screen, warm it up for a few seconds with a hair dryer.

Grab the screen and open it as a book.

Do not remove the screen completely. A tablecloth still holds him to the motherboard.

Take the Tri-Wing screwdriver to remove the 8 screws circled in red.

Then use the pliers to extract the plates from the tablecloths.

Step 9

Start by disconnecting the battery with the nylon spatula.

Continue by disconnecting the two layers of the screen. Do the same with the sensor pad near the top.

Step 10

Your iPhone XR screen is partially disassembled.

Catch the first tab of the battery.

Then gently pull on it.

Repeat with the four tabs holding the battery.

Now grab the battery to remove it from the chassis.

Use the Phillips screwdriver again to unscrew the 2 screws circled in red.

With the pliers, remove the metal cover.

The iPhone XR rear camera is now disassembled.

Use the tip of the nylon spatula to unclip the metal plate.

Then remove it.

Fit the Phillips screwdriver again to remove the 2 screws circled in red.

With the nylon spatula, remove this plate and begin to unstick the rest of the tablecloth.

Step 24

Always with the nylon spatula, then unclip the last connector holding the tablecloth power and volume.

Then continue the detachment of the tablecloth.

Step 25

Then unclip the last part of the power and volume ribbon.

Your power ribbon and iPhone XR volume is now disassembled.
